Finally done. My first exhibition in Munich. In addition to my commercial drawings, I’ve been working as an illustrator for a long time on freelance work, which I now finally want to show. Of course I won’t show too much in advance, but you can see a little insight into the creation of ‘Albergo Ada’ here in the video.
Albergo Ada? The title of the illustration series combines two components. Ada is derived from the Italian poet Ada Negri, who played a pioneering role in addressing social issues in her poetry at the end of the 19th century. Albergo, on the other hand, stands for the places of longing to which we all like to dream.
The compositions of form and colour are intended to positively charge their surroundings and simply be fun. Originals on canvas, art prints and risographs are on display.
