For the Jimmy Choo Gentlemen Cocktail at Ingolstadt Village I came with ink, colour and sketchbook. The gentlemen could ask for a personal illustration, for themselves or as a greeting to someone close to their heart.
Style in a few lines
A gentlemen’s evening at a house best known for women’s shoes has a charm of its own. I captured what defined the guests’ style: a well-cut jacket, a pocket square, the way they stood while chatting at the bar. I draw looks, not faces. In just a few minutes a drawing emerges that captures a moment and still feels timeless.
A greeting in handwriting
Many took the chance to add a personal dedication. A drawing with a few handwritten words becomes a small gift that lasts longer than the evening itself.
