Pop-up exhibition at Susanne Benter

At Susanne Benter’s fashion store in Munich I showed some of my fine art in a pop-up exhibition. Among a carefully curated selection of newcomer labels and established designers hung two new large-format paintings in particular.

Print and acrylic on canvas

Both works combine print and acrylic paint on canvas. The clear line of my drawings meets flat, free colour. As in all my fine art, the focus is on the woman: self-assured, independent and with a presence that fills the room.

Where fashion and art meet

A fashion store is a particularly fitting place for my paintings. They come from fashion, and among fabrics, cuts and colours they feel at home. The atmosphere at Susanne Benter turned this into a lovely encounter.
