Hello, dear ones! Today, I want to tell you about our exciting trip to Paris. As an illustrator, I have always been fascinated by the beauty and charm of this city. This time, I decided to bring my family along to explore the wonders of Paris together. Additionally, some sketches were created in my travel diary.
Of course, a visit to the Louvre was a must alongside the Eiffel Tower. The atmosphere in Napoleon’s chambers was particularly fascinating. While most visitors crowded near the famous Mona Lisa, we enjoyed the peace and the beautiful artworks in the less crowded rooms, and we even discovered a creative children’s area where we were completely alone.

The next day, we visited the renowned Dior Museum. As a fashion and art enthusiast, I was fascinated by the unique creations and the history of the Dior house. Each piece of clothing told its own story and was beautifully presented. You definitely need to pre-book your visit, as this allows you to skip the long queue! By the way, the Louvre also now has fixed booking slots.

Another highlight of our trip was the Marais district. The historic charm, cobblestone streets, and small boutiques immediately captivated us. We strolled through the narrow alleys, admired the beautiful facades, and let ourselves be enchanted by the unique atmosphere of this neighborhood.
Of course, the culinary delights of Paris were also a must. We visited the renowned patisseries of Cedric Grolet and l’Éclair de Génie. This patisserie is famous for its heavenly éclairs. The different colors and flavors were a true delight for the senses. What could be better than trying éclairs while sketching?

And another highlight: Even though everything is quite expensive, you can find cold, still affordable champagne in every supermarket. 😉 Add a small selection of cheese and a fresh baguette, and it doesn’t get better than that.
If you have the chance to visit Paris, let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of this city…
